CARE Purpose Statement
Childcare Advocate Resource & Education for Providers (C.A.R.E.),  was formed to represent and unite family in-home child care providers.  We are a group of concerned providers uniting to aid, support and assist one another through education, mentoring and investigating our rights and responsibilities.  We are working to initiate changes in WAC code interpretations, licensor accountability and licensor/provider interactions.  We do this by offering lay representation if needed, newsletters, advice, guidance, trainings,  and working in cooperation with DEL, SEIU, Legislators and other agencies.

If you are an SEIU member, CARE services may be availalbe through a pilot program.
