2008 ADVOCACY WORK

CA.R.E. has a seat on the Negotiating Rule Making table. C.A.R.E. is representing providers and actively working with the SEIU team, WSFCCA, EWFCCA and DEL.

C.A.R.E. is currently advocating for legislative issues in Olympia and testifying on providers' behalf.   Updates to follow. 

C.A.R.E. is doing Research & Data/Documentation for Washington State Family Child Care Associaiton/ Eastern Washington State Family Child Care Association/Service Employee International Union (SEIU 925)

Networking and creating partnerships is also a part of the work C.A.R.E. advocates for.
